Short Haul Packages: Domestic Trips in India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Singapore, Bali, Dubai, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Vietnam, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius
Long Haul Packages: Europe, UK, Turkey, Egypt, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa
Our cancellation policy is based on the duration and destination of your trip. Please refer to the appropriate section below for our short haul and long haul cancellation terms. If you're unsure, feel free to contact your travel advisor.

Number Of Days Prior To Tour Date | Cancellation Amount |

31 and More Days prior to the Departure Date | The Booking Amount is Non-Refundable, for balance amount credit note will be given. |
30 to 16 Days prior to the Departure Date | 50% of the full Tour cost, for balance amount credit note will be given. |
15 Days prior to the Departure Date | 100% of the full Tour cost |

- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
- Credit notes issued are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for future bookings.
